Sheree’s place is really more like a 10 on a 1-5 scale. We thought it was absolutely perfect, luxury surrounded by beauty. We could get to Able Tasman NP in 40 mins and Nelson city center 30 mins. If you’re looking for a beautiful/private location away from town, look no further!

Sheree and Mark are such gracious, warm, humble and just down right perfect hosts!! Thank you for sharing your charming home with us, not only the home, you shared your gardens, apple/peach/lemon and pear trees and treated us with special items for breakfast such as eggs, yummy granola, milk and so much more….we were very appreciative!
This lovely place was pristine, the bed was very comfy, the kitchen had everything you needed to cook meals and the patio was perfect for a glass of wine at night or coffee in the morning….we truly loved being visited by Wallace (happy dog) every day.
This location was perfect for short drives to Nelson, local (awesome) wineries, the Tasman National Park and we did walk to New Zealand’s oldest pub, The Moutere Inn a few times for great food and beer!
Cheers and thank you Sheree & Mark!

An absolutely beautiful property set amongst a stunning farm and orchards. The property was spotless and well appointed, great kitchen set up for cooking, the fresh farm eggs and home made muesli and jams were divine! A super comfortable bed and cosy fire place for cooler nights. The perfect location to escape the hustle and bustle of city life but only a short drive to town for supplies. It was a pleasure meeting Sheree and her husband and their gorgeous old dog Wallace. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Great base from which to explore Abel Tasman. Very comfortable place with covered porches, nice sitting areas and plenty of room to relax. We were left some lovely local foods, flowers and herbs which added to our enjoyment and were offered the run of the orchards where fruit was plentiful. Overall a very nice place to stay.

My wife and I stayed six nights in the cottage, and loved every moment of our stay. This is a hard review to write since it’s difficult to describe perfection. We really hated to leave. The cottage is beautifully furnished and the kitchen has everything you’d need for cooking meals. Loved the excellent bathroom and huge king sized bed, which was so comfortable. One day during our stay it rained, and the extensive covered deck was a great place to read, drink tea, and watch the goings on in the huge gardens. There are tons of birds and butterflies about as the property is managed organically. The hosts were very kind to provide fresh local milk, meusli, and an assortment of veggies and fruit that were from the garden. It’s so peaceful and quiet too. Access to Abel Tasman Park is an easy 40 minute drive, and Golden Bay is also a great place to visit as well. Communication with the hosts was excellent and we were met in person on arrival. Excellent stay and we’re thankful.
